Project: Case Study

Client: EIT Tairawhiti 

I was approached by the Project Manager for the EIT Tairawhiti Ka Hao Te Rangatahi Ecological Land Management Training Programme to develop a case study of this unique programme.

The purpose of the case study was to provide a report to the Provincial Development Unit that met the reporting requirements of the He Poutama Rangatahi funding.

The Project Manager provided the necessary resources, supporting information, images, and contacts. I also conducted interviews with key people representing the various organisations involved to find out additional information in support of the case study.

To complete the case study, I developed a narrative structure including my own terms of reference, the order of work included a checklist at the end. This helped me to stay focused on the project.  A copy of the case study is available on request.
