Project: Content Creation

Client: 74 Grey Street – Smarthub for Business

My role in this project was as the Content Writer/Creator for 74 Grey Street a new co-working hub in Gisborne in 2023. The new owners were refurbishing the old Post Office building in stages into a co-working hub and needed a content strategy to support rebranding.

Project involved:

Generating content ideas: This required talking to the client about their expectations as well as researching other similar businesses online to identify content trends.

Engaging tenants: I focused on understanding the current tenants and incorporating local stories that would appeal.

Content planning: A content calendar was developed to organise topics, with a schedule of approximately two blogs per month.

Deliverables:

Content calendar: Researched industry trends, reviewed similar co-working spaces, and curated local stories to create a planner with content ideas.

Content creation and editorial support: drafted blogs, edited a presentation prepared by the owner, refined website content, and uploaded materials to a shared portal for the client.
