If you have any questions about my services, I have answers below to the most common.

Do you offer PR & Communications from a distance?

Yes, technology is a wonderful thing. Sandra is happy to zoom-call clients if that would be helpful and offer a free half-hour discovery call.

What if I can write it myself? or Use Chat GPT?

Sandra has the expertise and qualifications. She is also studying for a Communications degree. Sandra will write clear, compelling, accurate content that tells your story and keeps your audience informed. She will take the time to understand your business and content objectives thereby saving you time and producing a professional end result.  As far as ChatGPT Is concerned her preference is to remain authentic in her writing ensuring clients work has their own voice.  

What is your process?

Sandra meets with a prospective client for a half-hour discovery chat to get to know them and understand their project. She may also get them to complete a questionnaire that captures all relevant information. This can be completed prior to the call or afterwards.

What do you need from me?

All the information that I need is included in the questionnaire – it includes contact details, project information, target audience, any special requests, e.g. tracked changes, Word, pdf, hard copy etc. 

What specialist area do you focus on?

Sandra writes about business, nature, heritage, tourism, health, and well-being.
She is open to working in other specialist areas and will discuss this with the prospective client.

How are you different from others?

Sandra is passionate about helping people share their stories. She has knowledge and experience in other areas such as heritage research. Her PR style and communications lends itself well to a wide audience. You can see samples of her work on the portfolio page.

How quickly will you complete a project?

Sandra will negotiate with the client and prefers at least seven working days’ notice. If a job is required urgently, then an urgency fee is applicable.

What if I am unhappy with your services?

If a client is not happy with the work, Sandra offers a satisfaction guarantee which means she will work to correct the problem at no extra cost, or the client will not be charged for the work. This will be on a case-by-case basis.
