Kia ora I am an East Coast girl. Born in Napier, Hawke’s Bay, and raised in Wairoa before settling in Gisborne Turanganui-a-Kiwa where I have spent most of my life. I am a storyteller with a focus on nature stories including heritage, tourism, and nature.
With a range of experience in communications, public relations and over 20+ years of working experience at the Department of Conservation, I bring a wealth of experience. I love helping people with their writing or research projects, whether big or small, I’m willing to give it a go. I wanted to focus on nature writing I went out on my own, growing this business from side hustle to a full-time gig.
My qualifications include a Diploma in Public Relations and Communication Management. I am studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with the Open Polytechnic.
I continue to remain current in the field through membership in the Public Relations Institute of NZ and the Interpretation Network of NZ.
So, if you need the services of a Content Writer who will get to know and solve your writing problem I’d love to chat over a coffee or zoom call.
