Ka Hao te Rangatahi Ecological Land Management Programme

case study

I was approached by the Project Manager for the EIT Tairawhiti Ka Hao Te Rangatahi Ecological Land Management Training Programme to develop a case study of this unique programme. The purpose of the case study was to provide a report to the Provincial Development Unit that met the reporting requirements of the He Poutama Rangatahi funding.

The Project Manager provided me with all the necessary resources, supporting information, images and contacts. I also conducted interviews with key people representing the various organisations involved with the programme to find out additional information in support of the case study.

To complete the case study I developed a narrative structure including my own terms of reference, the order of work included a checklist at the end. This helped me to stay focused on the project. The case study was also proof-read by Hayley Trashe, Virtual Assistant at Punct before completion.
